What We Offer

Full Tuition Coverage
We pay 100% of your real estate pre-licensing school fees at Magnolia School of Real Estate.

From day one, you’ll be paired with an experienced mentor at Zarghami Group to guide you through your online coursework and licensing exam prep.

Upon successful licensure, you’ll join our dynamic team as an Agent Partner, with access to ongoing training, marketing resources, and leadership development programs.

Who Is Eligible

To qualify for a Zarghami Group Scholarship, you must:

Be at Least 18 Years Old
Hold a High School Diploma or Equivalent
Demonstrate Passion for Real Estate
Complete a series of video and in-person interviews.
Commit to Join Zarghami Group
Sign an agreement to work as an Agent Partner upon passing the licensure exam

How It Works

To get started, simply fill out the form on this page or give our Director of Sales a call. Once we’ve received your information, you’ll be invited to participate in both video and in-person interviews with our team so we can get to know your goals and aspirations. If selected, your scholarship will cover enrollment in the Magnolia School of Real Estate online, where you’ll complete all required coursework.

After finishing school, you’ll prepare for and take your state licensing exam. with our support, and once you’ve passed, you’ll launch your career as an Agent Partner at Zarghami Group. Once licensed, you’ll start your journey as a valued member of the Zarghami Group team!
