Before entering residential real estate, Ashley worked with a luxury home builder, where she gained hands-on experience in sales, marketing, social media, design, and the construction process. That background gives her a deeper understanding of how homes come together, along with the ability to see both the big picture and the details that matter. She is also a natural problem solver who stays focused on finding solutions and keeping the process moving forward.
For Ashley, real estate is about much more than buying or selling a home. She enjoys getting to know her clients on a personal level and building relationships that go beyond the transaction. She believes buying or selling a home should be one of the most exciting times in a person’s life, not one of the most overwhelming or stressful. Her goal is to make the experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible while being a trusted resource and steady presence every step of the way. She especially loves celebrating the big moments with her clients, from going under contract to handing over the keys.
Outside of real estate, Ashley enjoys exploring Florida, discovering great sushi restaurants, reading on the beach, and following baseball. She has a longtime passion for softball after playing competitively for 10 years, and she still loves the game today. When she’s not working or exploring, she enjoys spending time with her family and her two cats, Bella and Sushi. Ashley’s genuine love of people, eye for design, and commitment to her clients make her a natural fit for the relationship-driven approach that defines Zarghami Group.
